Which tender portals does Cipher monitor?
TED for EU-wide procurement and TenderNed for the Netherlands. Public procurement only, private RFPs are not in those feeds.
Can Cipher submit a tender for me?
No. Cipher drafts a starter response based on your profile, summarises the criteria, and flags the deadline. The actual submission happens in the portal under your account.
How does Cipher decide what matches my company?
Against the business profile you set up: sectors, regions, capacity, and certifications. The more accurate your profile, the better the matches.
Why am I missing tenders I expected to see?
Only published procurements appear in TED and TenderNed. Private RFPs, framework call-offs, and below-threshold contracts are not part of those feeds.
How fresh is the data?
