Does Axel send email on my behalf?

No. Axel drafts replies in your tone and saves them in your drafts folder. You review every message and hit send yourself.

What email providers does Axel work with?

Gmail and Outlook through standard OAuth. Tokens are encrypted at rest and the scopes Axel asks for are limited to what each task needs.

Will Axel run while I am away?

Only if you opt in to auto-process. With it on, Axel sorts new mail into your labels and prepares drafts on a schedule. With it off, Axel only acts when you ask.

Does Axel delete or archive my old email?

No automatic deletion. Optional auto-archive applies only to patterns you explicitly choose, like newsletters or notifications.

Can Axel join my video meetings?

Not yet. Axel can add events to your Google or Outlook calendar when you ask. Joining and transcribing live calls is not part of the current toolset.
